The rules for using a personal travel-search and booking agent on LetsFG.

These terms explain what LetsFG is, what you authorise us to do when you search or book — on the website, through an AI assistant, or through the API — how approval and payment work, why we sell flights and hotels separately, how third-party suppliers fit into the flow, what your cancellation and withdrawal rights are, and what each side is responsible for.

1. Who we are and when these terms apply

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of letsfg.co, the LetsFG developer API and MCP server, the LetsFG connectors and tools made available inside AI assistants, and the LetsFG search, monitoring, and booking features (together, the "Service"). LetsFG is the trading brand of Mental Balance Sp. z o.o., VAT PL6751772427, registered at Szafera 1/14, 31-543 Krakow, Lesser Poland Voivodeship, Poland("LetsFG", "we", "us").

By using the Service — including by connecting LetsFG to an AI assistant, or by approving a booking an assistant started — you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. Our Privacy Policy forms part of these Terms and explains how we handle personal data; where the two conflict on a data-protection question, the Privacy Policy governs.

You must be at least 18 and legally able to enter into a contract. If you act for a company or for another traveller, you confirm that you have authority to accept these Terms on their behalf and to give us their details.

LetsFG is not registered as a seller of travel in any US state. If you live in California, Florida, Washington, or Hawaii, please do not use LetsFG until we meet your state's seller-of-travel requirements. More generally, LetsFG is not for use where local rules on selling travel apply that we do not yet meet.

2. What LetsFG is: personal-agent authorisation

LetsFG is not a passive directory of travel websites, and it is not an airline, a hotel, a travel agency in the traditional sense, or a tour operator. When you submit a search or another instruction, you ask us to provide a personal software agent that acts in your name and on your behalf to search, compare, and help you choose travel options that match your requirements — and, when you approve it, to buy the option you chose from its supplier for you.

That authorisation covers, as needed to deliver the Service:

  • querying airline, online travel agency, hotel, booking, and travel-related websites, APIs, and interfaces;
  • processing your requirements, filters, timing constraints, and preferences;
  • ranking, presenting, or otherwise surfacing the options that fit the instructions you gave us;
  • once you have approved a booking, completing that reservation or purchase directly with the supplier on your behalf, in the travellers' names, using the traveller details you provide, and taking the approved amount from your payment method once the supplier confirms.

You authorise this activity only for the purpose of delivering the Service to you. Every final travel decision remains yours, and you remain responsible for it.

Where LetsFG books on your behalf, we act as your agent (intermediary) in arranging that booking. The travel contract itself — the carriage or the accommodation — is between you and the airline, booking site, hotel, or other supplier. We are not the provider of the transport or the accommodation, and we do not sell packages or arrange linked travel arrangements within the meaning of the EU Package Travel Directive (2015/2302) and the Polish Act on Package Travel and Linked Travel Arrangements. Section 8 explains how we keep it that way.

3. Using LetsFG through an AI assistant

You can use LetsFG inside an AI assistant — for example Claude, ChatGPT, Meta AI, an IDE agent, or a terminal agent — by connecting the LetsFG connector or MCP server and approving the connection once at letsfg.co/connect. From then on, the assistant searches and books through LetsFG using your connection.

  • The assistant is not us. It is a product of its own provider, under that provider's terms. We are not responsible for what it says, how it summarises our results, or what it decides to do with them. We show it our results and our questions; how it presents them to you is up to the assistant.
  • Its instructions count as yours. A search, a traveller detail, or an answer to a booking question that the assistant sends us on your connection is treated as coming from you. Keep your assistant account secure, and be careful what you ask it to do with LetsFG.
  • Booking still needs your approval. An assistant can prepare a booking, but money is held on your card only after you have clicked the "Approve this booking" link we email to you (section 7). That step cannot be switched off, and it cannot be done from inside the chat.
  • Check what it tells you. Prices, flight times, seller names, and booking references are in the cards and messages we return; our approval email and confirmation email repeat them. If the assistant's words and our email differ, our email is what we are booking.

4. Accounts, connections, tokens, and security

Ordinary searching on the website does not need an account. Booking through LetsFG, saving traveller details, connecting an AI assistant, and using the developer API do.

  • Sign-in. A LetsFG account is created against an email address and confirmed by a one-time code. There is no password. Anyone with access to that mailbox can sign in, so keep it secure.
  • Connected assistants. Approving a connection creates a LetsFG account for that assistant and issues it access tokens. Those tokens stay valid until you disconnect LetsFG in the assistant, or we revoke them. Reconnecting from the same browser lands on the same account; connecting from a fresh browser can create a new one.
  • Your card. A card or Revolut Pay is added the first time you book, through a link we give you, on our payment provider's secure page. It is then on file for that account, and any approved booking on that account is charged to it until you replace or remove it. One card can only be attached to one account at a time; limits and quotas follow the card.
  • API keys and agent tokens. If you use the developer API or MCP server directly, your keys and tokens authenticate requests and authorise charges. Keep them secret, do not embed them in client-side code or public repositories, and rotate them if they are exposed. You are responsible for activity under your keys and tokens until you tell us they are compromised.
  • Accuracy. Keep your account email, traveller details, and card current, so that approval requests, confirmations, alerts, and refunds reach you.

Tell us promptly at contact@letsfg.co if you believe your account, a connection, or a key has been used without your authorisation.

5. Your responsibilities and accurate information

You must provide accurate, complete, and lawful information when using LetsFG — honest search requirements, correct contact details, and, for a booking, real traveller details that match the relevant travel documents.

  • Use the real contact email address and phone number that should receive the ticket, voucher, or service notices. Suppliers send their own confirmations there, and may write in their own language.
  • Legal names, dates of birth, nationalities, and passport details must be accurate and match each traveller's official documents. Every booking made through the API needs a passport for each traveller; a booking made through an assistant needs one only where the airline or booking site asks for it. Airlines and hotels routinely refuse travel or charge fees for a mismatch, and a correction after ticketing may be impossible.
  • Only provide another person's details — a companion, a family member, a client — if you are authorised to do so, and make sure they know how their data will be used. If you book for others, you are responsible for the booking towards us.
  • You are responsible for passports, visas, health requirements, and entry rules for your trip. LetsFG does not verify them and does not advise on them.

If a booking fails, is rejected, or incurs a supplier fee because the details you gave were wrong, that is not something we can reverse for you, and any refund is a matter for the supplier's own rules.

6. Search results, pricing, and supplier terms

LetsFG works to surface real offers and better matches, but airlines, online travel agencies, hotel suppliers, booking systems, and other suppliers control their own inventory, availability, schedules, ancillaries, and final contract terms. Results can change, expire, or disappear between search and booking, and a price can move while you are looking at it.

The price you see is the price we charge. The price shown is the total you pay, in the currency you chose. It already includes LetsFG's service fee, which covers payment processing, currency exchange, and our service, so it can be higher than the price the supplier shows on its own receipt. Nothing is added on top, and there is no separate booking fee. The total can depend on how you pay, and the exact amount is shown before you approve it. Currency conversion uses the rate our payment provider gives us at the time; we may pay the supplier in its own currency at that rate.

Whether taxes, fees, baggage, seat selection, or resort fees are included depends on the supplier; what we show is what the supplier reports. Extras you ask for during a booking (a bag, a seat) are added at the supplier's price and told to you before we pay.

Unless we expressly state otherwise, the underlying travel product — a flight, a hotel stay, ground transport, or anything else — is supplied by the airline, hotel, OTA, or other provider it is booked with. Their own terms, fare rules, baggage and check-in rules, cancellation and refund rules, and operational policies apply in addition to these Terms, and we tell you which supplier it is before you approve.

Separate tickets. Some itineraries we show are two or more separate tickets (for example a self-transfer, or two one-way tickets). We say so before you book. Each ticket is a separate contract with its supplier: if one flight is delayed or cancelled, the other supplier owes you nothing, you may need to collect and re-check bags, and you may need a visa for the connection country. Choosing such an itinerary is your decision.

7. Booking through LetsFG

When you book through LetsFG, we complete the booking with the supplier on your behalf rather than handing you to their site. This is how it works, in order:

  1. You choose and we tell you the terms. Before you approve, you see the flights or the room, the supplier, the total price, what it includes, the travellers, and the supplier's cancellation terms.
  2. You approve. On the website, you approve by completing checkout. Through an assistant or the API, we email the cardholder an "Approve this booking" link naming the trip, the price, and the travellers; nothing happens until it is clicked, and the link expires after 30 minutes. By approving you instruct us to make that booking, accept the supplier's terms shown to you, and accept these Terms.
  3. We hold the money. The approved total is authorised and held on your payment method — not taken. If your bank shows it as a pending charge, that is the hold.
  4. We book it. We buy the ticket or the room from the supplier, in the travellers' names. Your card details never go to the supplier.
  5. If the supplier's price is higher than you approved, we stop and ask. We never pay more than the amount you approved without your fresh approval. Where the same flights are available from another supplier for less, we may offer you that instead. If you decline, or do not answer, nothing is bought and the hold is released.
  6. We take the money only when it is confirmed. A booking is confirmed only when the supplier issues a booking reference, confirmation number, or ticket. At that point we take the held amount. Until then, a hold is not a booking, and a supplier can still reject the request.
  7. We confirm to you. You receive our confirmation with the booking reference and how to manage the booking, and a link to a status page for it. The supplier normally sends its own confirmation too.

A booking usually takes minutes but can take longer. If the supplier asks a question we cannot answer from your details — a seat, a bag, a document — we pause and ask you, and the hold stays in place while we wait. If we cannot complete a booking, we tell you and release the hold; depending on your bank, it can take several days to disappear from your statement. If a booking stalls, a person at LetsFG steps in and emails you before anything further is done.

7.1 Hotels

Hotel stays are booked with the hotel through our hotel booking partner, and paid to it by us. Each rate says before you approve whether it is refundable, until when, and how much of the price comes back. A refundable rate can be cancelled through LetsFG until its cancellation deadline: you get back what you paid less LetsFG's fees on that booking: payment processing, our service fee, currency conversion and cross-border payment costs, none of which are returned to us when a booking is cancelled. The exact percentage that comes back is shown on each rate and in your confirmation (typically 90–94%, depending on the currency and region you book in). Bookings made before this change keep the 98% shown in their confirmation. If nothing had yet been taken from your card, the hold is released in full. After the deadline, or on a non-refundable rate, the hotel's own cancellation terms apply and LetsFG cannot refund the stay. The names of every guest, and the ages of children, are required by the hotel. What you pay us is the whole price; there is no balance to pay at the hotel except for extras you buy there.

7.2 Flights after the booking

LetsFG does not cancel or change a confirmed flight. Once it is ticketed, the flight is yours under the airline's or booking site's fare rules: any change, cancellation, or refund those rules allow is requested from them directly, with the booking reference, as with any ticket. We will help where we can, but we cannot override their fare rules.

If the airline or booking site refunds a ticket — for example because the airline cancelled the flight — the refund comes to us. We pass on everything we receive for your booking to your payment method within 14 days of receiving it.

Your rights against the airline under air-passenger-rights rules (for example EU Regulation 261/2004 for delays, cancellations, and denied boarding) are unaffected by these Terms and are exercised against the airline.

8. One thing at a time: no packages, flights and hotels sold separately

LetsFG sells flights and it sells hotel stays. It does not sell them together, and it does not arrange them together. This is deliberate: combining a flight and a hotel in one purchase, or selling one shortly after the other, would make the combination a package or a linked travel arrangement under the EU Package Travel Directive and Polish law, with insolvency protection and organiser liability that LetsFG does not provide. So that you never end up holding a package without those protections, we enforce two rules:

  • One product per booking. A booking is either flights or a hotel stay, never both. You can book as many flights as you like, and as many hotel stays as you like — each is a separate booking and a separate contract with its supplier.
  • 24 hours between the two kinds. After you complete a flight booking, we will not book a hotel for you for 24 hours; after you complete a hotel booking, we will not book a flight for you for 24 hours. The clock runs from the moment the earlier booking was confirmed. A booking of the other kind that is still in progress blocks in the same way.

We apply these rules automatically, by matching the email address, the travellers' names and dates of birth, and the card on the two purchases. A booking refused under them is not charged, and we tell you why and when you can book again. Attempting to get around them — for example by using a second email address or a second card for the same travellers — is a breach of these Terms, and any booking made that way is still two separate contracts with two separate suppliers, not a package: LetsFG is not the organiser of your trip and does not owe you the protections a package or linked travel arrangement would carry.

What this means for you in practice: if you book a flight and a hotel with us on different days, and one of them is cancelled or a supplier fails, the other is unaffected and there is no combined refund or rebooking right. Consider travel insurance.

9. Fees, payments, and payment providers

Searching is free. When you book, you pay the price shown (section 6). Some digital services carry their own fee — for example a monitoring product or developer API usage — and any such fee is shown before you confirm, together with the currency and whether it is one-off or recurring.

Booking payments are processed by Revolut: you pay by card or Revolut Pay on Revolut's secure page, and Revolut holds your payment method on file for your LetsFG account. Some digital services are processed by Stripe. The provider handling your particular transaction is identified at checkout. We do not collect or store your full card number, card security code, or equivalent authentication data — those are entered directly with the payment provider.

You are charged in the currency shown to you, or — where our payment provider cannot process that currency — in US dollars at the converted amount shown before you approve. By approving a booking you authorise the stated amount to be held and then taken as described in section 7. Where a product is recurring or usage-based, you authorise the charges described at sign-up until you cancel.

If a payment is reversed, charged back, or fails after a booking has been confirmed or a service delivered, we may suspend access and recover the amount owed, including from the payment method on file. We may also decline or reverse a transaction where fraud, abuse, or a sanctions or export-control restriction applies.

10. Cancellation, refunds, and the right of withdrawal

If you are a consumer in the EU or the UK, you normally have 14 days to withdraw from a distance contract. How that applies depends on what you bought.

What you boughtYour withdrawal right
A flight, hotel stay, or other transport or accommodation service booked for a specific date or periodNo 14-day withdrawal right. Article 16(l) of Directive 2011/83/EU excludes accommodation, transport, car rental, catering, and leisure services provided on a specific date. The supplier’s own cancellation and refund rules apply, and are shown to you before you approve. This covers our booking service for that trip too, which is performed in full when the booking is confirmed.
A LetsFG digital service — a monitoring subscription, a search credit, or developer API creditA 14-day withdrawal right applies. We do not ask you to waive it at checkout, so you keep it: tell us within 14 days and we refund you. Where we have already performed part of what you bought — credits you spent, days of monitoring already run — we may deduct a proportionate amount for what was delivered.

To withdraw, or to ask about a refund, email contact@letsfg.co with the booking reference or transaction details. You do not need to use any particular form of words. We refund using the same payment method you used, without undue delay and within 14 days of accepting the withdrawal or of receiving the supplier's refund, whichever applies.

Separately from any withdrawal right: if we hold or take money for something we did not deliver — a booking we could not complete, a charge above what you approved, a service that did not work — tell us and we will release or refund it.

Nothing in this section limits your statutory rights against us for a service that is faulty or not as described, or your rights against a supplier under air-passenger-rights rules such as EU Regulation 261/2004.

11. Approval emails, alerts, and service communications

Booking through an assistant or the API depends on email: the approval link, questions the booking raises, our confirmation, and the status page all go to the cardholder's address. Keep it current, check your spam folder if something you expect has not arrived, and do not forward approval links or status links — anyone holding them can act on or read them.

Where you ask for price alerts, flight-status alerts, or other notifications, we send them to the channel you chose — email, web push, or Telegram. You can stop them at any time using the unsubscribe or stop control in the message or in the product.

We will also contact you where we need to: to confirm an instruction, resolve a payment, booking, or supplier issue, deliver something you paid for, prevent fraud, or comply with the law. These are service messages, not marketing, and you cannot opt out of them while you are using the relevant service. We do not send promotional messages unless you separately opt in.

You agree to receive communications from us electronically, and that electronic notices satisfy any legal requirement for written notice.

12. Acceptable use, limits, API and developer use

Use the Service lawfully and in a way that does not damage it, our suppliers, or other users. You must not:

  • scrape, crawl, or bulk-extract results, prices, or content beyond your normal use of the product or the limits of your API plan;
  • circumvent or attempt to circumvent authentication, rate limits, bot detection, the flight-and-hotel separation in section 8, or payment controls;
  • resell, sublicense, or redistribute results or content taken from the website or the MCP server, or use LetsFG results to train a model, unless we agree it in writing — reselling through the developer API is allowed (see "Developers" below);
  • submit speculative, fraudulent, or duplicate bookings, approve a booking you do not intend to keep, or use the Service to test or attack a supplier's systems;
  • use another person's payment method, identity, or traveller details without authority;
  • attempt to manipulate the Service or an assistant into doing something you did not approve, for example by hiding instructions in traveller details or preferences;
  • interfere with the Service, probe it for vulnerabilities outside a process we have agreed, upload malicious code, or misrepresent your identity or affiliation;
  • use the Service where doing so would breach sanctions, export controls, or any other applicable law.

Search limits. Each search costs us real money with our suppliers, so searches from a connected assistant, a token, or the API are limited per account (and per card once one is added): currently 10 searches per 10 minutes, 30 per hour, and 100 per day. Going over a limit pauses searching for a while, longer for repeated overruns. Only starting a search counts; reading results does not. We may change these limits, and publish the current ones in our documentation.

Developers. The developer API and the MCP server are additionally subject to the plan limits, rate limits, pricing, and documentation published for them. Through the developer API you may resell and redistribute LetsFG search results and bookings in your own product. If you build a product on LetsFG, you are responsible towards your own users: you must have each traveller's authority before you send us their details or book for them, you must show them the supplier and the price before you book, and you must pass on our confirmations and any refund. We may throttle, suspend, or revoke keys that exceed limits or cause disproportionate cost or load. Running automated retry loops against search or booking endpoints is a breach of these Terms.

If you find a security vulnerability, tell us at contact@letsfg.co before disclosing it, and do not access data that is not yours while investigating.

13. Intellectual property and feedback

The LetsFG brand, site design, software, ranking logic, copy, and related intellectual property remain owned by us or our licensors. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to use the Service for its intended purpose under these Terms. All rights not expressly granted are reserved, and nothing here transfers ownership to you.

Airline names, hotel brands, logos, and supplier content shown in results belong to their owners, and are used to identify the option being offered.

If you send us feedback, ideas, or suggestions about the Service, you grant us a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use them without restriction or attribution. Please do not send us anything you consider confidential or proprietary.

14. Third-party services and content

The Service links to and integrates with third-party sites, APIs, AI assistants, and services. We do not control them, we do not endorse them by linking to or working inside them, and we are not responsible for their content, availability, or practices. Your use of a third-party service is governed by that party's own terms and privacy policy.

Supplier content shown in results — prices, schedules, descriptions, photos, ratings, and availability — comes from those suppliers. We pass it through as accurately as we can, but we do not independently verify it, and we are not responsible for a supplier's errors or omissions.

15. Availability and disclaimers

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We may update, change, suspend, or remove features at any time. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, that every search will return a result, that a result will still be bookable, or that a supplier transaction will succeed.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Nothing in this section affects the statutory rights of a consumer, which cannot be excluded.

16. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses, loss of profit, loss of data, or loss of opportunity, nor for losses caused by supplier acts or omissions, price or inventory changes, schedule changes, travel disruption, denied boarding, a supplier's insolvency, the acts of an AI assistant you use to reach us, or the failure of an external site or system.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to a booking or service will not exceed the amount you paid us for that booking or service. Multiple claims do not increase that cap.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, for a charge we took that you did not approve, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited — including the mandatory consumer rights that apply to you in your country of residence.

17. Indemnity (business users)

This section applies only if you use the Service other than as a consumer — for example through the developer API, or on behalf of a business.

You will indemnify us against claims, losses, and reasonable costs arising from your use of the Service, your breach of these Terms, your breach of applicable law, or your handling of another person's data through the Service. We will tell you promptly of any such claim, and you will not settle it in a way that imposes an obligation on us without our written consent.

18. Suspension and termination

You can stop using the Service at any time, disconnect LetsFG from an assistant at any time, and can ask us to close your account by emailing contact@letsfg.co.

We may suspend or terminate access, including revoking API keys and assistant connections, where you breach these Terms, where we reasonably suspect fraud or abuse, where a payment is reversed and not resolved, or where the law requires it. Where it is reasonable and lawful to do so, we will tell you why and give you a chance to fix it first.

Termination does not affect a booking already confirmed with a supplier, your obligation to pay amounts already due, or any section of these Terms that by its nature should survive — including sections 13 through 17 and 20.

19. Changes to the Service and to these terms

We may update these Terms. The revised version is posted here and takes effect from the date shown at the top of the page. Where a change materially affects your rights or obligations, we will give reasonable advance notice — for example by email to an account address, or a prominent notice in the product — and you may stop using the Service if you do not accept it. Changes never apply retroactively to a booking already confirmed.

20. Governing law, complaints, and disputes

These Terms, and any dispute arising out of them or the Service, are governed by Polish law. If you are a consumer, this does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory rules of the law of your country of residence, and you may bring proceedings in the courts of that country. Otherwise, the courts of Poland have exclusive jurisdiction.

Please raise any complaint with us first, at contact@letsfg.co. We aim to respond within 14 days. Most problems — a failed booking, a hold that should have been released, a charge that should not have happened, a result that was wrong — are resolved that way.

If we cannot resolve it, you may be able to use an out-of-court consumer dispute resolution body in your country of residence; consumers in Poland can seek help from a municipal or district consumer ombudsman (rzecznik konsumentów) or the Trade Inspection (Inspekcja Handlowa). We are not currently bound to use any particular dispute-resolution body, and participation is decided case by case.

21. General

  • Entire agreement. These Terms and the Privacy Policy are the whole agreement between us about the Service, and replace any earlier version.
  • Severability. If a provision is held invalid or unenforceable, it is narrowed to the minimum extent needed to be valid, and the rest stays in force.
  • No waiver. If we do not enforce a provision, that is not a waiver of it.
  • Assignment. You may not assign these Terms without our written consent. We may assign them to a group company, or in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, provided your rights are not reduced.
  • No agency. Nothing here creates a partnership, joint venture, or employment relationship between us, beyond the agency described in section 2.
  • Interpretation. "Including" means "including without limitation". Headings are for convenience only.
  • Language. These Terms are published in English. Where a translated version is provided for convenience and conflicts with the English version, the English version governs, except where mandatory local law provides otherwise.
